Jim Deliman (Community Architect)
Jim brings more than 30 years of travel and tourism sales experience to GTO/GE. Most recently, he worked as the National Sales Director for Earl Enterprises where he represented their portfolio of restaurants to clients on the east coast.
Deliman also has an impressive resume that includes sales team management, partnership development, cruise directing, Broadway sales, and directing group sales.
Originally from Ohio, Deliman is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. He is an oenophile, wine collector, and a hobby winemaker. Jim and his husband Kenn Gaither live in Auburndale Queens, NY.
Jo-Ann Moltz (Community Architect)
Moltz is another industry veteran with an extensive travel and tourism background. She joins the GTO/GE team with a wealth of experience in group sales, business development, event planning, and more. Beginning with Budget car rentals through her recent tenure with Universal Orlando, Jo-Ann has held multiple supplier positions and understands their key roles in the market. As a staunch advocate for travel, Jo-Ann is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Jo-Ann is an Orlando native and graduate of the University of Central Florida where she studied hospitality management. She currently lives in Windermere, FL where she is a loving aunt to two nephews and four nieces.

Keith Snode (Lead Navigator)
Keith is a high-energy COO with a passion for travel. He brings insight from his years as a tour operator, supplier, loan officer, and sales and marketing executive to lead the GTO/GE team. He is focused on brand strategy and product development, making GTO the most intuitive software in the travel industry.
Kory Vrieze (Network Engineer)
Kory draws on more than 20 years as an educator, administrator, and technology guru to direct the GTO/GE system development. He works tirelessly to create a product and process that meet the needs of customers across the globe.
Kristina Lueth (Commerce Counsel)
Kristina lends her extensive accounting and data application management background to the GTO/GE team, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience.
Steven Gross (Community Architect/ Narrator)
A lifelong student of travel with a professional background in group tour planning, Stevie crafts helpful, user-friendly content to navigate the GTO/GE system.
Seaira Jeannin (Accuracy Guru)
Seaira is leveraging 10+ years of expertise in the student and adult tour markets to make her a key player in GTO’s and GE’s essential operations.
